Gua Sha Massage
Gua Sha massage can be used for several things. It is useful for treating muscle pains and aches. Because it releases heat from the body, it can treat dizziness, chills, heatstroke, and sunstroke. Also, it is able to prevent or stop colds before they occur. The therapy is not painful, as the occurrence of reddening of the skin is simply the toxins and heat coming to the surface.

This massage is for Hands, Face and Feet. The theory behind reflexology is that each part of the foot relates to a particular body part/organ within the body. It focusses on applying pressure to specific points to assist in stimulating the corresponding area and organs. Benefits may include improved blood circulation, relaxation, reduction of swelling and better sleep.

Herbal Wrap
The therapist will mix up a poultice of herbs and minerals that is then applied warm to the area being treated. The herbs are then wrapped to seal the poultice to allow it to do its work. The aim is to de-tox and hydrate the body. Your skin will feel soft and smooth following this treatment.

Cupping
Small pressure cups will be applied to the body to relieve soreness, draw out toxins and to assist in rejuvenating the body and Improve the blood flow. This is a 20-30 min treatment.

Aromatherapy
This is the use of essential oils to help stimulate the senses by relaxing the body. We also blend the essential oil with the massage oil for use during the massage.

Energy Box / Mat
This is an infa red ray box (heated) that is used to treat the knees and legs. We also have an energy pad to treat soreness and pain in the back. This is to help the energy flow in the area that needs treatment by stimulating the blood circulation to flow better. Also aids in toning muscles and treating areas with cellulite.
